[Strive to] save others, snatching [them] out of [the] fire; on others take pity [but] with fear,

loathing even the garment spotted by the flesh and polluted by their sensuality.  (Jude 1:23 AMPC)

  Step 1 of the STEER process is to minister salvation to the lost and train those who are already "saved" on how to minister to the lost.  Souls are the most important thing to God.  He is not willing that any perish, but that all come to repentance (2 Peter 3:8-10).  When we prioritize God's desire to win the lost and teach others how to win the lost, we honor Him.

Our first calling is to be ministers of reconciliation.  (2 Corinthians 5:17-21).  When we love what He loves and hate what He hates we honor Him.  Our mission, vision and goal is to go in the highways and byways and COMPEL them to come in.  We are going into the inner cities and other places that are deemed "lost" and without hope and we will share the good news of the gospel to everyone we meet.  When people hear the good news of the Gospel, it gives them hope and a choice for a better life (Matthew 11:28 & John 10:10).
