Go then and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything that I have commanded you, and behold, I am with you all the days...

Step 5, the last and final step in the STEER process, is to release those who feel the call to ministry (whether full time or to go and assist local ministries). Jesus declared in Matthew 9:37 that the harvest is plentiful BUT the laborers are few.  He then said that we should pray to the Lord of the Harvest that He would send laborers to gather the harvest.

DND Ministry believes that the STEER process will not only equip and empower laborers to go into the field and bring in the harvest but it will also help them grow into full grown sons that know how to walk in their God given dominion and authority (Psalms 1)
