What you have heard me teach publicly you should teach to others. Share these teachings with people you can trust.

Step 4 in the STEER process is to empower.  Those who have been adequately trained will be encouraged and motivated to operate in their gifts and callings whenever and wherever.   DND Ministry's mission, vision and goal is to help and assist the local body in the growth and development of God's people so that the laborers won't be few (Matthew 9:35-38).  The Kingdom of God needs all hands on deck to help bring in the great harvest that's at hand.
